Will not convert sd2 files and no answer from developer

I bought this in desperation one night to convert thousands of sound designer 2 (sd2) files to wav or aif. In the documentation it lists sd2 as a supported format. I tried several times with different options but always received error messages. The only reason I gave this two stars is that I sometimes use this program to quickly convert to mp3. The developer does not return my emails so that is a big NO for me. Dont buy this app, spend more money on something that works and has the customer service to back it up!
